Engagements begin with a retainer and may include a success-based fee. Full pricing is shared before the engagement begins.

We believe our incentives should be aligned with yours. Most offer-negotiation engagements include an upfront retainer and a success fee based on the improvement we help you secure. The full pricing structure is explained clearly before you decide to move forward, so there are no surprises.
